Consent When Requesting a Platform Demonstration

General Provisions

О.1. This document contains one independent consent: to the processing of data in a request for a demonstration of the Platform. It is given through a separate action, independently of other consents and of the Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data (D-6).

О.2. The checkbox is not preselected. Opening the document through the link does not change the checkbox. Refusal does not restrict access to Platform functionality for which the relevant processing is not required.

О.3. Consent is given before the relevant processing. An uncompleted form is not used: specific details are inserted in the record — the data concerned, the recipient or audience, the country and the purpose.

О.4. Consent is recorded in a record containing:

1. the name and business identification number of the Operator — SteppeGate LLP, BIN 260140019690, which is the owner and operator of the database containing personal data;
2. the data subject's details to the extent entered in the form: surname, first name and patronymic, if any, email address, company name and telephone number, if provided, together with the identifier of the relevant request. Contact verification is not performed in this scenario: no account is created and no verification code is sent. The Operator does not request or retain additional information identifying the data subject for this purpose;
3. the list of personal data covered by the consent;
4. the purpose of processing;
5. the period for which the consent is valid;
6. information on transfer to third parties, specifying the recipient or category of recipients;
7. information on whether cross-border transfer takes place and the recipient's country;
8. information on whether dissemination in publicly accessible sources takes place;
9. the document code, version number and checksum of the consent text, the language in which the text was displayed, the date, time, device network address and method of confirmation.

The record contains the data subject's details to the extent provided in the form and processing information to the extent specified in subparagraphs 3–8. The information in subparagraphs 3–8 is inserted in the record as specific values, rather than as a general reference to this document. The data is limited to what is necessary to consider the request and organise the demonstration.

О.5. Withdrawal of consent is sent to privacy@dalaway.kz or made through the personal account. The time limits for action run from receipt of the request by the Operator. The procedure for ceasing processing and the grounds for retaining certain data are set out in clauses 7.4 and 17.7 of the Privacy Policy (D-5).

Content of the Consent

1. This consent is given by a website visitor when submitting the demonstration request form. No account is required, and the visitor is not asked to accept the Accession Agreement.

2. I, the person identified in the form being submitted, consent to the processing by SteppeGate LLP, BIN 260140019690, of the following data about me: surname, first name and patronymic, if any; email address; company name; telephone number, if I provide it; the content of the request; and technical information on submission of the form.

3. Purposes of processing: considering and responding to the request, organising and arranging a demonstration of the Platform.

4. Operations with the data: collection, recording, storage, clarification, use, granting access to the Operator's employees organising the demonstration, blocking, de-identification and destruction, to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.

5. Cross-border transfer. For sending emails in connection with my request, I authorise the cross-border transfer of my email address and the information included in the email text to the Brevo service, provided by Sendinblue, a simplified joint-stock company, French Republic. Processing takes place on the provider's infrastructure in the following Member States of the European Union: the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of Belgium. My data is not transferred to other recipients or other countries under this consent.

6. This consent does not authorise public dissemination of my data.

7. Advertising. This consent does not authorise sending me advertising messages. Refusal of advertising does not affect consideration of the request.

8. Term. The consent remains valid until consideration of the request and the demonstration have been completed. Information evidencing the request and the consent received is retained within the retention period for requests established in section 13 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Withdrawal. Withdrawal, rectification and other requests are sent to privacy@dalaway.kz. Withdrawal of the data needed for communication may make responding to the request impossible.

This Consent applies from the effective date stated in the heading.
