Operator Forms F-1 – F-5

The forms are referred to in clause 4.8 of the Agreement and clauses 3.4, 3.5 and 4.6 of the Platform Use Rules.

Completion. Blank fields are completed by the Participant. Personal data is entered only to the extent necessary for verification. The representative's personal consent to the processing of their personal data is given separately.

Submission. A scanned copy of the signed document is accepted. The Operator does not require an apostille, legalisation or notarisation to accept the document. This procedure does not affect mandatory requirements of applicable law concerning the form of the document or the authority of its signatory.

Where to obtain the forms. Current versions are available for download on the publication page, at the company verification step during onboarding and in the documents section of the company profile.

The non-public form F-4, “Individual Agreement with a Non-resident Seller”, is not included in this set and is provided to the specific non-resident seller for the relevant Transaction.

1. register the Principal and provide documents for verification;
2. accept, on behalf of the Principal, the Accession Agreement, Platform Use Rules, Marketplace Rules and Tariffs, including the obligation they establish to pay for the Operator's services, and their subsequent versions;
3. give the Company Consent to the Processing of Business Information and Communications;
4. perform actions for entering into and performing Transactions: send and accept Offers, confirm the Contractual Basis, agree changes to terms, create Appendices, launch Trading Operations, confirm performance and request cancellation;
5. manage the Principal's team membership and User permissions on the Platform and enter and change the Principal's bank details following the required verification;
6. receive Fee Calculations, invoices and Certificates of Work Performed (Services Rendered), and submit objections and requests.

Scope of the Power of Attorney

This power of attorney does not authorise the Representative to sign contracts with counterparties outside the Platform, guarantees or loan agreements on behalf of the Principal, to operate a bank account or to receive funds.

This power of attorney is issued without the right of substitution and is valid until ________________ inclusive. Its term may not exceed three years; the date of issue is mandatory.

The Principal notifies SteppeGate LLP of revocation at hello@dalaway.kz and terminates the representative's permissions in the account. Acknowledgement of receipt of the notice is not a statutory condition for revocation.

This letter is not an Individual Agreement and does not lift the suspension of further processing of a non-resident seller's Transaction. It does not confer authority to sign contracts with counterparties or to dispose of funds.
