Orders — from real deals.
Transport, storage, quality control, customs clearance and handling trade operations. Requests come from deals on the platform — with volume, route and deadlines.
Five kinds of service providers.
Each receives requests matching its profile and returns the result of the work to the deal.
Carrier
Transport requests with route, volume and deadlines
Grain elevator
Requests for receiving, storing and shipping goods
Surveyor
Inspection and laboratory testing to check the quality and weight of goods
Customs representative
Customs clearance of export shipments
Trade operator
Handling a trade operation on the seller's behalf: shipment, documents, acceptance
An order involves more than a price. Before taking on a job, you need to know the quantity, route, deadlines and required documents. Getting those details usually takes five phone calls. On Dalaway the request comes from a deal where all of that is already there.

Requests come from deals.
The parties to a deal post service requests straight from it. You see requests matching your profile — transport, storage, inspection, clearance, trade operation.

Volume, route, deadlines — right away.
The request already includes the crop, quantity, shipping location, trade terms, shipment dates and document requirements, so there is less to clarify by phone.

Offer your terms in one step.
Respond to the request with your terms and proposed schedule. Once accepted, your response becomes an order recorded in the deal.

The result of the work — in the deal.
Completion certificates, reports, waybills and other documents for the order are added to the trade operation. The customer can see the completed work immediately.

Orders and documents — in one record.
Completed orders, completion certificates and related documents remain in their respective deals. Everything is available for reconciliation and payment.
Three steps to your first requests.
Registration is quick. You can then receive requests matched to your company's profile.
- 01
Register your company
The company and its representative register once — after that work is done on behalf of the company.
- 02
Fill in your profile
Types of services, regions, fleet or capacity — requests are matched to your profile.
- 03
Respond to requests
Submit your terms and proposed schedule. Once accepted, your response becomes an order within the deal.
What service providers usually ask.
If your question isn't here — we'll go through it together at the demo.
Who is my customer — the platform or the company?
Your customer is the company that posted the request, which is a party to the deal. Dalaway passes on the request and the work results but is not a party to the service order.
Can I work on several orders at the same time?
Yes. Orders are handled separately, each with its own status and documents.
What does a trade operator do?
The trade operator manages a trade operation on the seller's behalf: organising shipment, collecting documents and coordinating delivery through to acceptance.
A different role in the deal?
Each party to the deal sees its own part of the work — and the whole picture.
