From offer to deal
The first Dalaway release went live on 16 September 2026. It covers the trading path: from placing a listing or request to agreeing terms and signing a contract that creates a deal.
What the first release includes
- Listings. Posting offers to sell agricultural products.
- Requests. Posting purchase requests for agricultural products.
- Negotiations. Discussing the offer and terms between participants.
- Agreement on terms. Recording the terms agreed by the parties.
- Contracts and the deal. Signing contracts and creating deals.
One working environment for trade participants
The first release focuses on helping the seller and the buyer go from interest in an offer to formalised arrangements. Listings, requests and the parties’ further work are brought together in the Dalaway marketplace.
