Listings, purchase requests and offers.
Producers and traders post listings, buyers post purchase requests. Offers arrive in one format: price, volume, trade terms, payment terms.
Agreed terms become a contract.
An accepted offer forms the basis of the deal terms. The parties agree on and sign the contract in the system. All versions and annexes remain linked to the deal.
Every shipment is a separate trade operation.
The quantity specified in the contract can be shipped in several consignments. A trade operation is created for each shipment, showing its steps, status, documents and events from preparation to acceptance.
Work with service providers within your deal.
Carriers, grain elevators, surveyors, customs representatives and trade operators receive service requests directly from a deal and submit the results back to it.
All documents — in one place.
