Sellers pay the platform service fee.

Buyers and service providers use the platform free of charge. A resident seller's obligation to pay the platform service fee arises when the deal's contractual basis is confirmed or when the Operator establishes an unrecorded related deal under the Accession Agreement. For non-resident sellers, the terms are set by an individual agreement.

Domestic deal: both parties are residents of Kazakhstan and the goods do not cross the country's border. In all other cases the foreign trade category applies.

The calculation and payment procedure is set by the Accession Agreement and the Tariffs. For a non-resident seller, payment terms are set by an individual agreement. More about the terms →

The rates and calculation procedure are set out in Annex No. 3 to the Accession Agreement.

How the fee is calculated

The rate is not applied to the whole volume.

The fee is based on the value of the goods under the parties' contract. The contract quantity is reduced by the permitted quantity tolerance selected by the seller, up to 15%, before the fee is calculated. A non-zero tolerance reduces the effective fee rate relative to the full contract value.

Fee formulaAnnex No. 3 to the Accession Agreement
Quantity used to calculate the feeContract quantity × (1 − tolerance)
Fee baseQuantity used to calculate the fee × unit price
FeeFee base × fee rate
Domestic deal, 15% tolerance0,5 % × 0,85 = 0,425 %
Foreign trade deal, 15% tolerance1 % × 0,85 = 0,85 %
